We are located off VT Rte 25 between the Waits River and East Corinth general stores.
From Southern VT take I–91N to Exit 16. Go Left onto Rte 25 N. Northeast Slopes is located about 10 minutes up Rte 25 on the left.
From Western VT take I-89 to Exit 7 and follow the access road down into Barre. Continue on Rte 302 through Barre and over the Orange Heights. Take a right onto Rt 25 S and continue about 5 miles. Northeast Slopes will be on your right.
A day pass is just $12 and there is an affordable snack bar at the base offering hot and cold refreshment, including grass-fed burgers with Cabot cheese and Green Mountain coffee. Volunteers are usually available to show you the hill or give you a lesson upon request.
Please note: Due to restrictions on our insurance, Northeast Slopes cannot offer ski or snowboard rentals. Also, if you plan to ride the rope tows, we recommend you bring inexpensive leather work-gloves. These are sold at the lodge for $8 in case you forget.
